Problems With Music Disc Creator

I’m having problems with “Easy Media Creator 9” when I click on “Music Disc Creator” a message comes up “Please Wait…Loading component” after several minutes the “Music Disc Creator” still will not open. I’ve uninstalled the program and reinstalled it 2X to see if that would help but it has not.

Since it seems no one here can help, can someone direct me to a site that can? Will Roxio answer technical questions like this in an email?

Did you do a "clean" uninstall, or just use the Add/Remove Programs to uninstall EMC 9? If you did the latter, there is a lot of stuff that gets left behind that can interfere with the reinstall. Do a search for "Clean uninstall" and find the instructions for that, and try a reinstall. You can also submit a ticket online from this page.
