Help will not launch

Love the Toast 8 but when I try to launch Help the pop up says this is not support by this system. Odd b/c the system runs on this iMac OS X 10.4.10. Any thoughts?

I suppose you could do the Mac maintenance activities such as repairing permissions, or you could reinstall Toast. Incidentally, Toast Help is a PDF file so it opens in Preview or Acrobat Reader. There is little (if any) difference between the it and the Getting Started Guide.

Not that I know of. But here is a way to access it without opening Toast:

 

Control-click on the Toast application and choose Show Package Contents from the contextual menu that appears. Open the Contents folder, then the Resources folder and then the English.lproj folder. Then open the file called Toast.pdf. Duplicate a copy or make an alias that you put in your Documents folder or to the Toast folder so you can find it more easily.

Well I can declare VICTORY. I assume when I upgraded to a new iMAC and ported over my old apps that the Adobe 8 program suddenly was not recognized. So the easy solution was to trash the Adobe program(s) and preform a fresh download. Now Help PDF loads with a click. Thanks.
