Playback Blurred

Question

I use My DVD9. My Encoded MPEG files playback and look great on everything from Windows Media Player to WinDVD. However the Preview of the Authored file and the burned DVD, both playback with horizontal blurring. Not the menu text areas, but the text in the MPEG file. The best example is the letter "e". The horizontal part of the "e" is either missing or blurry. Likewise, the "D" is a large letter in the open of the video, the curved parts of the "D" blur right in the middle of the upper and lower curves. I can see some blurring in the video (horizontally) but it is really pronounced on text.

Anyone have a clue?

If you burned to a DVD from MyDVD, try software rendering.
