EMC 10 does NOT start up on Windows XP SP2, Try to start EMC 10 and nothing happens

I have HP Pavilion 763n. After install EMC 10 does NOT start . Try to start EMC 10 and nothing happens. Repairs, reinstall do not happens

Have you done a re-start after install?

Yes. After re-start I finish registration and have e-mail from Roxio. EMC 10 do not start.

What happen when trying to launch? Any errors?

Are you able to launch any apps from the Start menu?
