grandpadon
Some slides in a slide slow may defy text or narrative definition. Can that slide be paused or helddddd on long enought to read or hear who all they are? With the help of quite a few of you, Ive got my boring, 3000 slide show on 2 DVDs Now the challeenge is how to facilitate having my grandchildren know who they were. Any pearls of wisdom from other granpas, etc? One experiment I jus t started today is to crop & enlarge portions of the slide & typing in the nameS. Sounds ssloww. Ive tried Narrration. It is attractive to me, but my voice is very hoarse. I dont understand the synch technique using timeline, either.
Guest mlpasley
I've never done narration, so I cannot help with that. However, if you want to zoom in on someone's face, right click on the picture and choose Edit \ Motion pictures. I usually don't alter the very beginning of the slide, then move the slider to about half way through the duration, and resize and move the box to frame the face. Then you can add text to the picture and edit that to get the effect you want. And no.... it isn't fast.
