Copy Dvd To Harddisc

Hello,

 

Currently I use EMC 7.5. I am trying to copy a DVD with several main menus and introduction title I created with DVD builder to my hard disc in WMV format. I would like to put just the starting of the DVD (the introduction and the menus) on my webpage. I used a couple of DVD rip programs, but was not successful (they only copy the single titles). Will EMC 8.05 be able to do this task for me?

I don't think you can "copy" a menu system from a DVD to a hard drive, upload it to a web page and then have it function there as a menu system. I would think you would have to use some software package to create the menu system on the webpage. If I am wrong then somebody will quickly correct me on that.

The menu is a VOB file just like the video. It's usually the first one and fairly short. Try using Explorer to copy it to the hard drive and rename the extension to MPG. Load it into Videowave to convert it to .WMV.
