Mike1999 Mike, none of the folks who frequent the forums are mind readers. You failed to mention which program you were using, but if you were using MyDVD, burn to an image file instead of burning directly to a DVD. Once the encoding is done, open Video Copy and Convert, and burn it to a DVD from that program.
Tracie
Hi, I just searched for a solution to this same problem and this worked for me as well. Can you tell me why you can't burn it directly to a DVD? Whay do you have to burn it to an image file and then convert? Thanks, Tracie

Thanks, Tracie I have no problem burning directly to a disc, but for some folks, one little hiccup, during the encoding and burning, can cause a problem. Burning to an .iso file takes the burn process one step only, and that is the encoding. I don't make a habit of burning directly to a DVD, because with my home videos, I usually have to make more than one copy, and the .iso or Folder Set method makes it easy to burn all that you want. You don't have to go through the entire encoding process again.
