error installing easy media creator 10

Hi, I unistall (desistalar) the old roxio 7.0 and restart my computer. Then I try to install the new roxio 10 and it does not install. A windows comes out saying "You have to restart after you install Roxio easy media creator 9 before you install the package". I do not undertand why I have to install the roxio 9 if I remove the roxio 7 and I download the roxio 10?

 

I bought (buy) the easey media creator 10 yesterday, I downloaded the file "RoxioContentCDv10_SQA.EXE" from the web of roxio and it does not install. When I tried to install it a windows comes out saying EMC 10 content InstallShield wisard - You have to restart after you install Roxio easy media creator 9 before you install the package and then the process of installing the program stops.

You need to download the Program file, also. You only downloaded the Content file.
