Is there anyone at Roxio who actually knows what they are doing?


If so, I have yet to find him/her.


I have requested support and received only "canned" responses by people who plainly do not know what they are doing. I have filed complaints about the poor quality of the responses and Roxio does not even respond to them.


What a bad company Roxio presents itself as.

I am surprised that the Toast owner's manual does not at least have a trouble shooting section with discussions of solutions to some of the more common problems. - Nick
