cmnspwr
A while back my computer crashed in a power surge. I took it to the local computer store and they fixed it but somehow deleted Roxio. I went back to them and they gave me a burned copy of Roxio 6. I put songs in the list and everything and go to burn the disc and it says "There are no supported records available. Make sure that your recorder is powered on and that all cables are properly connected. Also, make sure the latest version of the software is installed to ensure you have the latest drivers." I have a blank disc in there, and installed it correctly (I think). Any help?
