Operation "build" Failed On Capturemanger, Failed To Build Preview Graph

im using a dazzle to import my video fro ma vcr , i recently had mgi videowave 4 but for some reason when i go to capture it says error class not reconized but yet i can preview it. so i bought roxio easy mediacreator 8 suite . when i go to media import i click on my dazzle and it comes up with the following operation build in capture manger failed failed to build preview graph . anyone have any imformation

That happens because EMC 8 will not capture from that old Dazzle card. You have to use the software that came with the Dazzle card, to capture.
