I need a link to fix my downloaded Roxio installation.

 

Roxio needs to reconsider their business model as it relates to Product Support. Once a product has been registered & activated with the company, customers should not be restricted from using the product on the same computer, despite the number of times &/or reasons it has to be reinstalled. This is particularly true for products that are available for purchase, via download, 365x24x7. If a product can be purchased, installed, registered & activated electronically, then it should be supported likewise.

 

When a customer requires assistance, they should not be directed to a Product Upgrade Page; then to a Software Update Page, headlining product upgrade info; nor limited to specific hours when a "human-being" can be contacted.

 

No need to respond with software piracy/licensing legalease. For both installed products & optional features, Roxio collects sufficient personal/financial information & imbeds hidden e-roads to enable authorized customers to "FIX MY ROXIO."
