Poor Quality Dvd

shadap@gmail.com

Question

I am running a P4 2.4 with 1 gig of ram, I have captured the video files no problem and they play fine while in the storyboard in VideoWave 8, however once I render (selected dvd playback best quality) the video is shakey and distorted. I just bought Creator 8 my previous experience was that the pre-rendered version looks worse than the rendered version. Any help would be appreciated.

Where did these captured files come from? Are you looking at the final dvd or simply in the preview window? You can't always trust what you see in the preview window but it can be helpful. Before wasting any dvd's, get a few RW's and test with them.

Sometimes, the video captured from my camcorder has jagged edges. Usually rendering these to an avi helps me.
