runo7
I have used Easy CD creator 5 for over 3 years and have never had any problems. But two days ago it kept freezing up on me and would not let me do anything so I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. It would install but at the very begining it would say no supported CD drives found. I have researced the support page over and over and looked and looked but one thing I have decided is my CD and DVD drives are 100 percent functional. I can see them when I look at systems and I can go to explorer and see them and I can do anything with them except burn CD's or use the Easy CD creator 5. I am still using windows 98 but all patchs are up to date. Russ

Russ Go up to the FREQUENT ANSWERS post pinned to the top of the Forum, and come back with enough additional information for us to make some eduated guesses. For all we know, you installed a new burner and added WinPlayer 9. Lynn

Be sure you have applied the 5.3.5 update off this web site - and also applied the "driveup" updater - also from this site. That will bring your burning program to it latest (and last) version. This should provide support for all drives the program was ever capable of using.
