Content CD Files

I bought EMC 10 and i'd like to know what do the two 700 MB files contain. I downloaded the content file but not able to download the suite file. I've posted a topic in the relevant section regarding this. Here i'd like to kno the difference between the content file and the suite file.

The suite file is all of the EMC programs (install this first). The content file has added material such as transitions, calendar layouts and much, much more.
