I have 4 different Seagate drives in my main computer. three are Seagate (Not Maxtor) 320GB SATA drives and the other is a Seagate 500GB eSATA drive that I have had now for only about two weeks or so. I'll run a virus scan on all of them but the last time my security program did a complete scan of all my drives (schedules scan) nothing was found. Maybe when a person buys a brand new HD, you should imediately repartition and format it to make sure, huh ? Frank...
