Copying Slide Show to other than a CD

Does anyone know of a Roxio version that will allow copying a 1.3 GB slide show to something other than a CD-R (max capacity is 7-800MB)? Alternatively, can the Slide Show file be transfered into the DVD Creator and subsequently copied to a DVD (4.7GB)?

One requirement for burning a DVD is a DVD burner - you haven't said what kind of optical drive you have.

(To get the id string, right-click on 'MyComputer' > properties > (hardware tab) > device manager > click on the CD-ROM icon and quote the id string, character by character, upper case and lower case as shown, and with spaces as shown)

Getting software capable of burning DVDs doesn't change a DVD-ROM to a DVD burner.

What kind of file/format is the slideshow in now?

It was created using the Roxio Slide Presentation program on Roxio 6.xxx (have the updates). And I tried saving within the Roxio program and requestes CD-R disc but these are only available in 700MB sizes and file is 1.3GB

Are you sure you copied your burner info correctly?.

Oops found it.
