Error 8004520

Hi,

Today, I purchased EMC 10 and I have been using MyDVD to burn a home movie I've made.

I completed menu's and all that good stuff, and have now pressed burn, it recognizes my disc drive and it begins encoding, but immediately goes to 100%, then says:

8004520c Error while encoding Movie 1

 

I have no idea what this means, can anyone help?

I'm using a brand new vista system and everything has been working fine on the program up until this point.

Even though your system may be new, the video drivers could be anything up to 6 months old. Go to the maler's website (nVidia, ATI or whatever) and download and install the latest drivers from there.

 

Uninstall the existing drivers first, then install the new ones
