Creator 10 Problems

When I try to launch the MyDVD or MYDVD express part of the program, the program gives me the error message that "windows has stopped working and is searching for a solution" and then the module closes. I have tried everything. How do I fix the problem?

Please post your computer specs and what you have done so far to try and fix the problem. Make sure your video drivers are up to date as well as DirectX.
