Error A Part Of Microsoft Msxml2

Question

Hello I am Jan form the Netherlants,

I have buy EMC 8 suite from element 5. If I will installing the software and he allmost on the end of the installation, there is a message called (I hope it is in good Englisch, because on my computer it is in Dutch): There is a foult by installation from the part of Microsoft MSXML2, publickey Token='6bd6b9abf345378f', etc. The is installation rolls back after that.

How can help me? I'm a proffesional photographer and I need this program very.

 

An other question is: wy can I not send a normal question to Roxio withe my technical problems?

Hello Jan, and welcome to the forum. Your English is better than my Dutch!

First try turning off all spyware and antivirus running. Close down all programs. Now try to install again. Do you have NET Framework, Visual J# .NET, Visual Studio .NET, installed?

Thanks for your complements of my English. I shall do what you advise me. By the way, I have no NET Framework, Visual ?. NET, Visual Studio.NET.

I let you no if it is succeed.

Something ells, EMC 8 has remote ECDC 6. When I re-install this program, and I start Creator Classic I see a massage: Can’t Install API. Do you no what this mean and how can I remedy this? Roxio ask me to contact by phone, but this very expensive for me

I will you thank you very very much. I did what you advise me, and it goes perfectly!!!!

So, I did the same with ECDC 6, and … you can guess it, also this installation was perfect!
