editing music & adding to photos

Sherri

Question

OK,

I need the easiest way to take photos, add music I can then edit down, then burn the production to a dvd playable format.

I thought I last used My DVD & Cinemagic. but for some reason cinemagic asks for a theme and then not all my photos are in the production.

I cant seem to edit the music in videowave. I right click the audio file, click edit....get hourglass then nothing!

I have to be able to edit the music selections

can anyone help the 40 yr old with apparently bad memory.? lol

Perhaps what you are thinking about is one of the Slide Show Assistants (there are two).

If that 40 year old can use a suggestion, don't use one of the Assistants, use Video Wave to create the slide show and to edit the audio to fit. The true audio editor is Sound Editor.

Take a look at the EMC V9 Tips and Tricks area of this forum -- link Start with the one "One way..." and watch the videos. When you have that, look at the others that might be very useful such as pan and zoo, using chroma key and making a custom menu in MyDVD. There are a lot of them. Also, you can look at the Roxio Tutorials for V10 here. They are close to what you do in V9.
