Rotate video clip

I have a (or several) video clips that were taken with the camera at a 90 deg. angle. How do I rotate them in VW9? I know it is possible because I did it before, actually I stumbled across the solution but can't remember the answer. I tried the suggestion that appears in this How To/Usability but the rotation portion of the Settings Tab does not appear on my version. I am kind of sure that I did not have to use an overlay.
