How to Save and Burn Video Prod to DVD

I have been having trouble saving and burning a video prod I have created. When I finish editing a prod., how can I save it to a DVD. Do I have to save it to my hard drive first or can I directly transfer it? I have been trying with both roxio 10 and windows and have been unsucessful.

Instead of Disc Copier (as mentioned in the tutorial), it is Video Copy & Convert for EMC 10.
