Exclude audio tracks?

Dale_145

Question

Hi!

I want to rip a DVD with all of it's structure (all movies, all extras, all menus) but I also want to exclude languages that I don't want. But Im not able to do that!

So, I dragged my VIDEO_TS folder in PopCorn. The movie has 3 languages (english, italian and french). What I want is to exclude only the french language.

Under the options section i didn't find a way to do that because I can only select "All languages" or "English".

If I select the custom option under the video tab I have the possibility to exclude only the french language but PopCorn automaticaly exclude the Menus. Why????

In conclusion... it's PopCorn able to rip a DVD with all it's structure excluding only one or some languages?

Thanks.

No. As soon as you remove anything from the original Popcorn removes the menu. It does this because the menu will have options that no longer are present in the disc's content which causes play back errors.

The only workaround is to use the Media Browser to extract MPEGs from the VIDEO_TS to the Popcorn window with DVD-Video selected as the format. You do this by placing the VIDEO_TS folder on the desktop and choosing DVD with the top button of the Media Browser. Select the titles you want to extract and drag them to the main window. At this point you can have Popcorn create a new navigation menu for the titles you've selected. As for multiple audio tracks, double click on a title and a window appears. The Audio description may be a button that lets you select your desired audio track. At least I think that's what can be done.
