Upload to you tube(video file)

I edited my own production successfully. When I go to FILE and then to OUTPUT AS, I am unsure as to what video file is best to save it under so that I can upload it to youtube. Also, which file is it best to save under so that I can burn it to DVD? Please help. Thanks.

EMC 10 has the feature that converts the video file to comply with the youtube specification and upload it immediately. Check out this post.
