8004522f Error while encding movie

I have a ATI Radeon 9550 graphics card which i tried to update drivers. Video card didn't like driver and kepted crashing my Packard Bell IMEDIA MC 1808. To the point I had to complete manufactures settings!!! Have taken out video 1920x 1080 files from Video Ui 10 file as suiggested in one of the threads. I have created a my dvd slides show and want to burn it to DVD. PLease help as my patiance is wearing thin and i feel compleed to return the product and look else where for a slide show burning package. Roxio you are about to loss a good customer, Any ideas please please please please please please please please please

You aren't talking to Roxio here. This is a users forum. List your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed in my signature. Based on the video card you are using, I suspect that your computer doesn't have the horses to run the software.
