Batch Convert

adavisclan

Question

In my new Easy Media 10 Creator program whenever I open "batch convert" I get a series of messages stating "File not found please enter path to the requested file." I cannot locate these files on my computer. If I cancel each message then batch convert finally opens and works ok unless I try to edit tags and then I have to go through the same process of cancelling all these messages. Can you help me resolve this so I don't have to go through this each time I open batch convert or try to edit tags?

My OS is Vista Home Premium and I'm using a new Dell Dimensions computer. Thanks in advance for your help.

The files that that show up with this problem statement are:

collage, graffiti, pastels, superstar, and western. The message repeated for these files in the following format (collage used below as an example for how each of the aforementioned files show up).

collage_top.png, collage_browse.png, collage_previous.png, collage_next.png, collage_up.png, collage_home.png, collage_shuffle_png, and collage_tracks.png

Thanks for the advise Paul. I did a repair install and still seem to have the problem.

I have XP so Vista may be different.

Where is batch convert? Which of the 30 or so applications in this suite of programs are you using. What are you trying to convert?

Are you using Multi Photo Enhance. Even there I don't see batch convert. Perhaps you are using Audio Converter ?

Perhaps a little more information on what you are trying to convert and to what.

Edit tags tell me that you are trying to work with audio files. If so, I would not know why the program is trying to see image files.

There is a "Batch Converter" under the Audio tasks but the OP is not clear at all on what he is really doing. Maybe he is talking about "Mult-Photo Enhance" since he has all sorts of references to photos in his post. Until he comes back and gives more info we are just guessing.
