Stuttering Playback

Hi all,

 

I have just started using EMC10 and hoping that I have made an obvious mistake.

 

I have recently edited a .VOB file from my hard drive using VideoWave and then used MyDVD to create a DVD. The DVD plays fine on my PC but when playing in any of the 6 dvd players I have tried it on the picture is juddering. The sound is fine it is just the pictures. I have done the same using NERO and it plays fine. Can anyone offer any suggestions.

Thanks but I have tried it on both Hardware and Software Render and the result is the same for both.

Try burning to an image (iso) file first, then to a DVD, using Video Copy and Convert.

I have the same problem exactly. The above solution doesn't work. I have the video encoding set to optimize but thinking maybe set to a fixed rate such as 4MB/s might be better. Also perhaps the write speed of the DVD is too high? I'm thinking this would either work or not and not be responsible for this type of jitter but you never know.
