Express Labeler not working in LightScribe

I am using Sonic DigitalMedia Plus v7. I can not print LightScribe Labels for CD's or DVD's. I get the error Express Labeler has encountered a problem and must close. This is occuring on 2 different HP Media Center computers I own. I have perfomed all the updates on HP's website related to LightScribe and Sonic (4 updates) but still the problem is there. I have talked to HP but they haven't reponded with a final answer yet. I don't want to download the latest from Lightscibe.com as they warn you to get updates from your computer manufacturer. Has anyone else expierienced this problem? Any solutions? I am using Windows XP Media Center Edition. I checked some of my drivers and they were the latest.

I too, am having problems. I have the same software, and an hp media center pc. I get the message that I need a Light Scribe update to continue and when I download the update, restart the computer and then try and burn a label I still get the same message. I also have updated drivers on my computer. I can burn cd's just not labels with the Light Scribe. Just letting everyone know who reads this -- maybe someone out there is experiencing the same problems and has found a solution? Help!
