ggrussell
In that case, you have no choice. There is no way to turn off the rendering preview. If the file is not DVD compliant - like DivX, the rendering will always show in the preview.

malatekid
when i make video dvd's, how do i prevent it from showing me the small encoding preview video? You cannot. There is no option in MyDVD that I know of that disables that.
ggrussell
when i make video dvd's, how do i prevent it from showing me the small encoding preview video? If your file is already DVD compliant, you should only see a gray preview with the word MPEG. That tells you that MyDVD is not re-encoding the file.
