Hi everyone. I would be so thankful for any help!! I had EMC7 and upgraded to the EMC9 Suite. I installed it and things did not work. Plus-in add/remove programs, EMC9 has a seperate program for each thing it comes with rather than the way 7 is just one program. So everytime I start my computer or try to update 9, my installer tries to install backup my pc. It ends with an error that it is looking for bump.msi but can't find it. I can't find it either!!! I do not know that much about computers so I have no idea how to fix this. It is making me crazy! Can anyone help?!? Remember- I am computer illiterate so I may need to be walked through it. Sorry!! But thanks to anyone who can make this annoying thing stop.
Also- should I uninstall 7 from my computer? Do I need both versions? It takes up alot of space...
