Express Labeller 10 and Epson R300

Bronsgran

Question

Be more specific as to what you are trying to do? Print to standard paper? Commercial Labels/paper ? or Print direct to disc? I know that printing direct to disc is NOT supported for my Epson R1800.

---

In the print dialog box, there MUST BE a page to print and it must be selected (check mark) before the Calibrate, Print test page and OK buttons are available.

dont know if I am in the right bit BUT i AM HAVING THE SAME DIFFICULTY AS THE PERSON YOU REPLIED TO- I cant get epson R300 to accept expess labeller to print......cant even get the status and print quality to show on the screen????????????this is a very hard programme to work!!!! I have followed all the instructions to gave as above to another person HELP

Step by step, please tell us what you are doing, and with what program.

OS XP making dvd disc cover in the express labeller programme with Roxio 10 - all is fine until I come to print then

the status is empty and so is the print quality empty also. ROXIO IS JUST NOT RESPONDING WITH THE EPSON STYLUS PHOTO R 300. WE HAVE UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED OUR PRINTER AND ALSO THE FULL ROXIO PROGRAMME !!!!

This thread has been shifted from a topic dealing with Express Labeller 9, printing direct to disc. It will be moved to the correct forum shortly.

That doesn't tell me much at all, I'm afraid. We may need to do it the long way.

The following screenshots were done with Express Labeller 10 and an R230 attached, but the printer should be close enough to yours. It's just that I show R230 where you should see R300. Your sequence should follow the screenshots. Please indicate where you do something different (and tell me why) or where the sequence won't continue for you.

Having got to stage 3 in your project you click the Print button at the top left

You should then see this screen.Make sure your printer is selected at the top left

You may see these boxes if you haven't calibrated the printer, but after clicking Cancel for calibration and OK for loading paper, your project should be delivered to the printer which should print it.

If you get through all the screens above, but your printer status box is empty like this, then the Express Labeller has done all of its job properly but your printer is nor ready to print. You need to check the connections, paper, ink, and be sure the printer is installed on the correct port.

How far did you get through this sequence, please>
