Photosuite 10?

I recently installed Easy Media Creator 10 on my XP Home SP2 machine. I never had any software from Roxio or Sonic or Adaptec installed on this machine.

When I start Photosuite 10, I get a popup with Photosuite 9 in the title bar. It reads "Photosuite 9 has encountered a problem and needs to close, We are sorry for the inconvenience".

Ideas??

No need to go through the clean. The Dev Team used the incorrect identifier in the executable file (see below). But Photosutie is still crashing. What were you doing at the time? Editing a photo? loading a photo?

Thanks for responding. I've confirmed your findings.

I am just trying to start the program. There are many ways to start and I think I've tried them all and they all wind up showing that error.

Then the next question would be is it only this application that you are having problems with or do all of the Applications in the EMC 10 suite give you the same problem?

Is this a new machine? Or did you recently purchase and install a new burner? They come with OEM version of media burning software. Maybe yours came with version 9 of Media Creator.

 

If you have a retail version of EMC 10, follow this clean install procedure.
