Runtime Error-Virtual Call- R6025 Patch from Roxio

Freddie

Question

I really like the EMC 10 product and want to be able to use it. Since it won't run without crashing, I've just put my video production projects on the back burner until a fix is released.

How will Roxio notify users when a patch is available that fixes the Runtime Error-Virtual Call- R6025 problems? Can you give us ANY idea of an ETA? 1 month? 1 year? longer?

As it's being worked on by Roxio, no-one here has the slightest idea of when it will be released - this is a users' forum.

When it does come along it will probably be an automatic update and notice will also be posted here and on the updates section of the Roxio website

Welcome to the club.

You have had the "party line". All I can do is to chip in and say, don't hold your breathe.

Reports of problems started to appear here within minutes of EMC 10 going on sale. So far, the only response from Roxio has been to unleash their parrot with its constant request for details of which bits of the suite fall over. Given that they have had dozens of previous reports, asking that question is just PR.

You mean just like the NTLDR problem?

John picked up on that issue in a thread and after a time a fix was issued and the problem has disappeared…

That alone invalidates everything you said in your post…
