I also just noticed that the episodes or chapters that don't work seem to be a much larger size. The dimensions or pixels ar almost double the size. Could this make a difference?
The dimensions of the ones that don't work are 960 W x 544 H. The ones that work are all 624 x 352 (or something similar to that.)
