I have a video from my camcorder. The sound varies and needs to be adjusted at different points. Some need to be lower and some need to be higher. Is there a way to do this before I burn it to a dvd?

Yes. Open VideoWave, bring in the video clip, click on the Timeline tab, then move the cursor to split your video at all the points the you want to lower or raise the volume.

Then, switch back to Storyline view. You will see all the split sections in the frames in Storyline. Then, highlight the one that you want to adjust the sound on, right click on it, move up to Edit, and select Native Audio.

Then, move the cursor in Overall volume to adjust the volume of that split portion. Click on the play button, and keep adjusting until it is the way you want it. Then, click on OK. Repeat for the other portions that you want to change the volume.
