I have searched all over the forum, but I could not find a specific response to this question. I am asking for your assistance.
I purchased the MyDVD9 Studio software because it said that it would input m4a files. These are not copy protected files (m4p); these are audio files uploaded to iTunes from my CD collection.
I am attempting to create very simple Slideshows. When I attempt to add background audio, the "Add Audio" box shows "Files of Type:" as "Audio files (*.wma, *wav, *.mp3, *.ac3,". I receive the message in the box that "There are no media files in this folder that match the filter settings. To change the filter settings, click the Filter for Media Types button." I have looked all over for the "Filter for Media Types" button; there is no reference to this button in help or anywhere that I could see. Thus, I can't change the Files of Type.
This is very frustrating! I don't want to spend time converting my files over to a compatible format; plus I don't want to lose audio quality by converting.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
