I have a Dell XPS 700 XPS, purchased December 2006 (Windows XP - Media Center edition).
Roxio / Sonic Cineplayer and Roxio myDVD LE are OEM'd by Dell and are embedded in Windows Media Player. When you click on "play DVD" in Media Player, it auto-launches Cineplayer. When you click on "create DVD" in Media Player, it auto-launches myDVD LE.
Problem - I have purchased Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 and I understand that I have to uninstall Sonic Cineplayer, Sonic DLA and Roxio myDVD LE from the system before I install the new Roxio Easy Media Creator 10.
When I do this, won't I uncouple Cineplayer and myDVD from Windows Media Player ? I do not want to lose this functionality from Windows Media Player .....................my kids use Media Player to watch movies and burn CDs and DVDs.
How do I upgrade to Easy Media Creator 10 without uncoupling Cineplayer and myDVD from Windows Media Player ?
