Toast 8.0.3 an update or a new program?

Hallo everyone, I've downloaded the new toast version 8.0.3 and I tried to update my old one. I launched the program and it asks me a registration key!!!! The old one can't work. But if 8.0.3 is only an update and not a new full program why I need a registration key??????

It should have worked to drag the Toast 8.0.3 from the mounted image file to your Applications folder and then just launch the application. When I do this Toast automatically fills in the prior versions registration info so I only need to click continue when I get to that window of the set up. If that isn't happening for you then contact Roxio's customer support.
