Setting DVD label for Video_TS disc?

I burned a DVD from a Video_TS folder with the "VIDEO_TS Folder" option and it worked fine. But, it labeled the DVD when seen in the computer as the parent folder name where the Video_TS folder was located, in this case "Desktop". Any way to set the label you want when burning this way?

Put the Video_TS folder inside a folder with the name you want the disk to have?
