I created a new user on my iMac 20, Intel Core Duo 2.4 GHz, OS X 10.4.11, 4GB RAM to make sure all is clean.
When I export for Apple TV more than (Between 6 & 10) shows at once, I get an error: Not enough memory to complete the command [OK] click OK and it will create 0 byte files or hang for the remaining shows.
I am seeing similar issues with TiVO to Go. If I automate or have too many shows in the queue I get the 2.4G of 1.5 1 minute to go hang.
If I stop TivoToGo, close the program, reopen and transfer the same program; it will work.
I am guessing a memory leak issue with a common library.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
