I checked out the tutorial for this new program and I really liked how easy it was to use the program. Very user friendly. And after watching the viodeo, I downloaded the template program and several of the free templates that are available. Now I'll have to try it out with some of those lightscribe colored media discs.

Thanks for sharing the link cd.

But can you use all the labels you made with an earlier version??

I'm not sure about that Brendon, but I do know that you still have to have the basic LightScribe program installed on your computer. After looking at the directions to install this new version, I thought it said to remove any previous Lightscribe programs. That was wrong. What it said was to remove any previous beta or other installed programs for this new one. I tried to install it and it told me that I had to have the main program installed first, and I had just removed it. So had to re-install the main program again.

Anyway, I will try and see if it will tyake some of the previouys labels I had made and see what it will do.

Tee hee. Sounds like the 9.1 update, doesn't it!

It's good that you got it going, Frank.

I helped out with the beta on that program. It worked well on my computer.

I asked for an unistaller for the program but I don't think they put that in. Sounds like another company we know and "love":P

Just my fault for not reading more carefully cd. NO problems though. All is working great.

Brendon:--I was goingf to try and see if I could use some of my old designed lightscribe labels with this new program but I had deleted them from my notebook, so still don't know if they will work with the new template program. Maybe Steve can give some information on that.
