Hindy83
I am using EMC 9 with Vista Home Premium. I have seen a lot of people talking about mounting a disc image on a virtual drive, but how do you create the virtual drive in the first place. Hindy83
The program creates one. Did you even try what Paul suggested? Yes I did and I do not have that option on the Tools Menu. See my screen cap via the link. Is there some check box that I need to mark in the settings? I have been through the settings and didn't see anything for adding a virtual drive. malatekid
Click the "Tools" icon on the left pane. On the right pane, does it list "Load Disc Image"?
Hindy83
Click the "Tools" icon on the left pane. On the right pane, does it list "Load Disc Image"? It only lists the same 4 options which are on the drop down tools menu.

malatekid
In case you looked at the places advised to you in the above posts, the Roxio Creator Premier that you have may not have all the features of the regular suite.
Hindy83
Thanks for all the help. As an aside, I was looking at the CD's which shipped with my computer and I have 2 roxio discs. Anyone know what the difference is between 9.0 Premier and 9.0 DE?

sknis
Thanks for all the help. As an aside, I was looking at the CD's which shipped with my computer and I have 2 roxio discs. Anyone know what the difference is between 9.0 Premier and 9.0 DE? Both are limited editions as compared to the full EMC 8; DE stands for Dell Edition (teaser version);. Premier is almost the full EMC 9. You should have loaded only the Premier. The premier is missing some of the nice audio things,
