Question

I read where this "Glen" with two computers feels that the roxio 10 program is great.Well, thats his opinion. I used every method available to uninstall and reinstall the program 4 times and now I have a computer that takes 15 minutes to open , shows four different error messages and at shutdown or restart, goes to "Logging Off", then to "Saving Settings" and then the famous "Blue screen". I have to shut it off with the power button. Outside of reloading the hard drive, I'm at a loss. I had the roxio 5 program for six years and NEVER had a problem with it. Why I didn't keep it, I'll never know. I can't retrieve it or I certainly would. I'm glad to hear someone is happy with the program. I only wish I were too.

Please post more specific info on your problem especially your computer specs and we'll try to help you with your problem.

This is definitely NOT meant to be a smart remark reply. But based on all of the things you mention that happens with your computer, I doubt very seriously if Roxio's EMC 10 program is causing all those problems. Based on all of the spec's of your computer (which we don't know), it's possible that some type of hardware or other software that is installed on your computer could be causing some of the problems.
