Any ideas on how to correct? using Windows XP For reasons I still can figure out, this happens to me occasionally and I simply run a repair install and it fixes it. It is a known issue and one that Roxio is aware of so hopefully they'll figure something out and put out a fix.

Beerman
Thanks for your quick replay and very glad I did not do something to my computer. Where do I go to run a repair? The verdict is out for me as to if it's something that I regularly do to cause problems. Could be my virus update, Windows update, or who knows what. Go into the control panel into Add/Remove programs and highlight the Roxio 10 Suite, click on 'Change' then the install box will pop up in a few seconds and you will have a choice for 'Modify, Repair, Remove'. Choose 'Repair' and have your install disc ready of the location of your downloaded file. This works a bit differently if you're running Vista. Trellis
TKS If I remove the program and install completely will the software loose all my productions?
grandpabruce
TKS If I remove the program and install completely will the software loose all my productions? If you have them at the default location that Roxio saves to, then it probably will. Move those productions to a different folder, then after the reinstall, move them back. I would save future productions to some other folder that you make on your hard drive. You then don't have to worry about losing them.
