FRUSTRATED: Roxio Creator LE error

I have mydvd 6 and I cannot burn a dvd. The process halts and an error code: sense code (4 3e 02) time out logical unit general 2130984450 comes up and cancels the process. I use dvd-r discs, the data saved without error, but I cannot burn a dvd. What is wrong?

 

And has anyone else noticed that the Roxio customer support isn't too supportive? They responded saying this program is old (we purchased our DVD burner in October and it came with it) and they can't help us without paying for support.

Actually, what you have is an OEM Version [Original Equipment Mfgr]. The OEM contracts to use the program (usually a cut-down Version of it) and in return agrees to provide customer support. (OK, there is also some $$ involved in the deal )

 

So you need to try contacting the manufacturer of your burner, since that's what it came with.
