I cant print my labels

This is ridiculous!! It doesnt even give me the option of clicking on the OK button when you click print. All i can do is cancel or click help which does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Has anyone else had this problem? My printer prints everything else from other programs and even the web so it's not my printer.

Are you using Label creator or Express labeler? I recommend the former, but in either case, on the Print page, is your printer recognised/selected (dropdown box)? I have no problem printing from either app.

Yes the printer is select. I cant print from either application. This is really irritating. Could it be some type of driver im missing or something?

In Label creator print page, does print test page work? (it will just print a blank page, but it tests the connection with the printer). Does Calibrate work?
