Please List Known Issues with Boom Box/Spin Doctor and Leopard

mnouaux

Question

I've upgraded my Intel iMac to Leopard. Now, when I run SpinDoctor, I get two problems: garbled input sound (after a while) that transfers to the audio file, and the application hangs and needs to be force quit.

Is there a Leopard-compatible upgrade? Spin Doctor worked great before...

Oh, no.

I guessed there might be a problem when I saw CD SpinDoctor under "legacy" products - I just spent $45 on it today to replace the CDSD 2 (can't find the CD) so that I can finally use the ADS Instant Music that has been sitting on my shelf forever.

If this is not supported anymore is it ethical to sell it?

Without any notice of the "legacy" condition?

What version of CD Spin Doctor do you have? It continues to be under development and is not retired. However, if you just bought the version bundled with Boom Box I'd contact Roxio Support about how to get a newer version.

3.1s. Most recent copyright 2006.

I've asked for a refund, I think I would be better investing in a current release of Toast.

Am I right that Toast will do what I want, and more?

Also, it works on wintel PCs as well?

100/6?

Someone who can recognize a 100-6? I'm very impressed. Mine is the 2-place body style which is uncommon even among the Healey 100-6's. It is the 311th one of these manufactured.

Toast 10 is the way to go. It is a Mac-only application, though.

Thanks.

I learned to drive stick in a friend's TR3A.

Another had a 100/6.

Not much suspension travel, ISTR.

Fast, though.

Point and go.

Weird shock absorbers, too.
