OMG I am going to scream! I got the Easy Media creator Suite 10 and went I put the disk in the drive it says in properties, used space 0 Bytes. Now how did that happen and what can I do? Should i take it back, or is there some trick that I don't know about to make it work?

You might be looking at 'free space' but have you even tried to run the install? After you put the disc in, wait about 15 seconds and see if the install screen pops up. If not, explore the disc and look for the setup file and double click it.

Nope! I just double checked. It is blue for used space and says 0 bytes. I cannot explore the disk. there isn't a file to double click on. What are the odds that I actually have a blank disk.

Thanks

make sure you have a DVD drive.

Also, you might want to try it on a different computer with a DVD drive to see if it as the same issue.

dvd drive? You are kidding right? no where on the box did it say that! I guess that explains a whole lot!!

So what do I do with that?

I am not sure that there is a CD version, but list your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed in my signature. We can tell if EMC 10 will run on your computer.

DVD burners are relatively inexpensive.

So if I change my specs to the same as yours, I will be able to install my roxio?
