Hope someone out there can help me. I just purchased and downloaded the latest version of Toast 8, and wanted to burn a Video_TS folder. First of all, whenever I clicked on the Options tab, I would get a spinning beach ball that would not go away unless I forced quit. If I tried to just burn a DVD from the Video_TS folder, Toast would unexpectedly quit. Tried it with 3 different Video_TS folders
I had previously used Popcorn 2 to do my DVD burning, and it did the same thing (spinning beach ball, unexpected quit). I think it was working fine until I updated to OSX 10.4.11 from 10.4.10, but I cannot be sure if that is the reason why my DVD burning doesn't work anymore. I thought that because of 10.4.11, I needed an update of Popcorn, but since Roxio was offering a good deal for Toast 8, I decided to purchase that instead. But still no luck. The odd thing is, I really don't remember installing anything prior to this problem, except for the Apple updates.
Obviously, there must be an incompatibility somewhere. Everything else seems to work fine. Pretty generic system--G4 1.0G, 1.5G RAM, Pioneer DVD burner, graphics apps and a bunch of fonts.
Please, if you have any suggestions, it would help greatly.
